Great Hawaiian food. I went for lunch and ordered the Spam breakfast sandwich special- panko coated fried Spam with an egg omelette on top served on a brioche toast. Simply stunning. The play on texture was great- the crunchiness of the fried Spam and then biting into the soft texture of the interior. The meat itself was flavorful paired withe the egg omelette, the sandwich was fantastic. I highly recommend this plate as well as the Loco moco, which I ate on a different visit. Give this place a try and you’ll feel like you’re in Hawaii.

I have heard about Ono for a while and finally went today. I really enjoyed the food. I ordered the plate (lunch) loco moco with the Kalua (pork.) The portions are great and the macaroni salad was so tasty. The staff was very helpful. I highly recommend this place. The next thing I try is spam masubi

So excited to see another location has opened for Ono! We have been visiting the North Loop location that past few years, and it is great to see that Ono is expanding to more locations. Everything on the menu is so delicious, feels like we are back eating in at a local restaurant in Maui or Kauai when we eat at Ono.
