The festival will feature exclusive poke tastings from 6 talented chefs:

Warren Seta, Ono Hawaiian Plates
Chris Ikeda & Curtis Dettman, Pau Hana/Lake & Irving
Yia Vang, Vinai/Union Hmong Kitchen
Yo Hasegawa, Cafe Yoto
$125 tickets will also include:
All-you-can-eat Hawaiian luau buffet (see the image gallery above for full menu)
One free drink of choice from feature beer, wine and cocktail selections (cash bar after drink ticket is used)
