Refunds

Once you place your order, we start cooking your food.  If we’ve started cooking your food, the only thing we can refund you for are sodas, juices and water bottles.  All other perishable goods are non refundable. Additional non-returnable items:

• Gift certificates
• T-shirts and other merchandise

If you call us for a refund before we start cooking your order, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, typically between 3-5 business days depending on your bank.
